I went to a new doctor this week and as I was sitting there explaining my health history, I had a revelation. My story sounds crazy. It’s all imbalanced. I hung out at the extremes.
I’m still working on putting it all down so you can see how I got to where I am today but here is the short version:
I ate low calorie
I ate low fat
I ate high fat
I didn’t eat carbs
I avoided dairy
I ate high carb
I juiced everyday
I exercised 1-2 hours almost every day
I stopped exercising
My diet was all over the place. I wasn’t balancing out my activity with the food I needed to sustain said activities.
