I’ve read this Erin Brown article 5 times in the past 2 weeks. My favorite part: “If the question is ‘how do I stop hating my body?’ The answer is within you. If everything else has to change then you are asking, ‘how can I make the culture I live in accept and validate who I am?’ And the answer to that is, you cannot.”
I’m thinking about making my own sunscreen for summer! My inspiration is from the Mommypotamus and Holistic Squid recipes and I’ll add some Myrrh essential oil to boost sunburn protection. (That’s Myrrh, as in… gold, frankincense, and… myrrh)
