I’ve been doing a lot of reading about calories lately — I especially like Go Kaleo’s take on how much we should eat and what we should eat. Sweat Like a Pig has a good post about increasing calories – 1,200 calories per day is not enough to sustain yourself! Especially if you are exercising.
New recipes to try:
I love lamb stew! I’ll have to check out this one from I Quit Sugar that uses a slow cooker.
