What I’m reading:

The Span of My Hips has a post on boundaries that should be really helpful if you have trouble saying “no.”

Check out Sean Flanagan’s tips for that perfect workout.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading about calories lately — I especially like Go Kaleo’s take on how much we should eat and what we should eat.  Sweat Like a Pig has a good post about increasing calories – 1,200 calories per day is not enough to sustain yourself!  Especially if you are exercising.

New recipes to try:

I love lamb stew!  I’ll have to check out this one from I Quit Sugar that uses a slow cooker.

Check out the 100 Days of Real Food recipe for 5 minute fudge brownies.  Better than a box!

Strawberry Flan from Nourished Kitchen looks so good.

For fun:

I love all of Bottlerocket’s videos on YouTube, but One man’s Saturday morning… for 3 months is my absolute favorite.
