I’m Kelly and I’ve loved food for as long as I can remember. As I got older I stopped eating certain foods I loved – some foods that my body needed – because I thought those foods were making me less healthy and they weren’t good for me.
Fad diets were my downfall.
I love experimenting. I’ve experimented with numerous foods and diets – seeing what works for me and what doesn’t based on the season, my cravings, my digestive response, my mood and my energy levels. I’ve bounced around from Weight Watchers, South Beach, Weston A. Price, Paleo, GAPS, hcG, pescetarian, the see food diet…
I tried low-carb, low-fat, low calorie, high carb, high fat, vegetarian, pescaterian, carnivorous, green juices, gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free, dairy-free – and I’m still trying to listen to what my body tells me I need.
