Not the best plan for finding what you need in a quick and orderly fashion.

The good thing about shopping at the local co-op is that spices are sold in bulk – you can buy just what you need and nothing goes to waste.  Plus, your spices are so fresh and that little canister of fennel seeds that you used only a measly teaspoon of isn’t getting lost in the back of your pantry.

The bad thing about bulk spice shopping is that it can get a little… disorganized.  Quickly and horribly disorganized.
